Fantastic with the Lemon Fused Olive Oil. Use on tomatoes, caprese salad, or shaken with some squeezed lemon juice, on an avocado salad…or any salad. The lemon balsamic vinegar is tangy like a vinegar with a definite sweet taste that contrasts nicely without overwhelming. Got a small bottle at the Venice store. Didn’t last long with my “research” using it in different ways. Ordered a larger bottle. Well worth it.

I’m addicted to this vinegar! Tasted it at an Oil Tasting used on scallops and shrimp and now use it on my salads, fish dishes and vegetables! I will be purchasing the Lemon infused Oil next!
