Classes FAQ

Most classes will last 1 1/2 to 2 hours. You will have an opportunity to shop after class.

Classes are limited to 14 guests.

Most classes will include gluten and seafood, if this is an issue, please let us know in advance, and we will try to accommodate you.

Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

If we must cancel a class, we will make every attempt to reschedule as soon as possible. If you prefer, we are happy to refund your class fee.

If you need to cancel, we will offer a store credit that can be applied toward future classes or store merchandise.

Make and Take it! Class includes everything to make and decorate a beautiful edible focaccia bread centerpiece. Unleash your inner culinary artist! We will make, assemble and decorate the bread in class and you will take it home to bake it. Fee includes lunch immediately following class at Cafe Venice.

Beginner Olive Oil Tasting Class

Join us and our on-staff Certified Olive Oil Sommelier for a curated tasting of our new harvest Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils from South America, Australia, South Africa. As you taste the different oils we will discuss history, geography, and harvest and milling techniques. Learn the differences between mild, medium and robust oils and when best to use them. You will also learn the key role EVOO's play in a healthy diet.
