Learn to make homemade aioli and tapenade while tasting dishes featuring our Lavender, Fig, Apricot, and Gravenstein Apple balsamic vinegars paired with our Herb de Provence, Leek, Thyme, and Wild Rosemary olive oils. Classes FAQ
Most classes will last 1 1/2 to 2 hours. You will have an opportunity to shop after class.
Classes are limited to 14 guests.
Classes start at 6:15 pm.
Most classes will include gluten and seafood, if this is an issue, please let us know in advance, and we will try to accommodate you.
Unless otherwise noted, wine and non-alcoholic beverages are provided, you are welcome to bring your own wine or beer.
Cancellation Policy
If we must cancel a class, we will make every attempt to reschedule as soon as possible. If you prefer, we are happy to refund your class fee.
If you need to cancel, we will offer a store credit that can be applied toward future classes or store merchandise.
