Make and Take it! Class includes everything to make and decorate a beautiful edible focaccia bread centerpiece. Unleash your inner culinary artist! We will make, assemble and decorate the bread in class and you will take it home to bake it. Snacks will be provided.

As you taste the different oils, we will discuss history, geography, and harvest and milling techniques. Learn the differences between mild, medium and robust oils and when best to use them. You will also learn the key role EVOO's play in a healthy diet.
